inadequate toiletries water issue

I was REALLY frustrated by the lack of basic amenities. The room description mentioned toiletries, but all I found was handwash. Apparently, that was supposed to be for EVERYTHING. I think using handwash for my hair is an awful idea. The water ALSO stopped working mid-shower for my partner. When we complained, another couple reported the same problem! Being unable to shower is a HUGE inconvenience.
